You will need:

glue

sea green cardstock paper

scallop paper punch

toothpick

fish stickers

bubble stickers

silver glitter glue

Punch two seagreen scalloped circles with your paper punch. Stick a fish sticker and bubble stickers on top. With your silver glitter glue stick add little waves. Place a toothpick in the center and glue both circles together.
