Tasty looking leaf! I'd make the following changes:
The sentence: They called one food the same name but it would not be cook the same." Should probably read: " They called two foods the same name, but they wouldn't be cooked the same way."
In addition, I would remove the bold from the intro. It looks nicer without it.
In the section, Pancit, can you add more content about this food? What is Pancit? Where did it originate from? It is comparable to any other foods?
In the section "prepare the long rice," should they soak the noodles in a bowl, or just wet the noodles under water and set aside?
The section "Finish Product" should be "The Finished Product."
A little more information about the Filipino cookbook would also be a nice touch, and encourage more sales.
