Halloween cupcake toppers

Cute halloween cupcake toppers. If you're hosting a halloween party there should be some cupcakes on your dessert table cause they're so yummy and tasty. How to make halloween cupcake toppers

You will need:

glue

black cardstock paper

scallop paper punch

toothpick

silver glitter glue

halloween confetti

Make two scalloped circles on black cardstock paper with your paper punch. Glue any type of halloween confetti in the center. I used an orange spider and pumpkin as well as a black bat. With your silver glitter glue outline the edges of the scalloped circle. Once dry glue both circles together with a toothpick in the center.
