pink cardstock paper
scallop paper punch
toothpick
hello kitty stickers
With your scallop paper punch make two scalloped circles. Stick a hello kitty sticker on one or both of the circles.

Place a toothpick in the center and glue both circles together. You can also decorate the edges with glitter for a little extra glamour.
