Learn How to Draw with Charcoal Pencils
Drawing is an art form that is both enjoyable and very relaxing. You can create a masterpiece from your own imagination or you can use visuals to master every little detail of the drawing.
Charcoal pencil drawings are usually sketches or portraits of real people, places or things. You can create any kind of drawing with a regular pencil, but you cannot capture all the details a charcoal pencil can. It's all about shading that can bring out the best features of what you are drawing. You can make hair look lifelike, make facial features stand out, provide the perfect shading for a standing object and so much more. Everything you draw has the ability to be incredibly detailed down to the nooks and crannies.

First things first! You need to decide what you will be drawing. You can draw anything you want from a tree outside your window to a living being. You might want to start with something small at first and then advance to bigger objects after you have created your first drawing.
2. Blending
Next, you need to decide what you will use to blend the pencil with. You can use your finger, felt, a tissue or other blending tools that you can purchase. If you are going to use your finger, keep a cloth handy in case your finger tip becomes oily or you need to keep it clean to avoid smudges.
