How To Make A Yugioh Deck

yugioh deck

There are so many ways to make 1 individual Yugioh Deck. On this Zujava leaf, I want to show you how to make the best Yugioh Deck ever. I have tested and built over 100 different Yugioh Decks. While many have succeeded, others have lost miserably. Through creating these Decks, I have learned what works best, and what works the least. Some of my best Decks focus on all of the best methods, and these Decks lead me to more wins. I have various Decks as well such as Decks focusing on high DEF while other Decks focus on high ATK and life points. I want to give you the basic guidelines of creating an awesome Deck.

Know What Your Deck Is

Before You Start

infinite cards

Before you start making your own Deck, you must have a goal. Will this Deck have only Level 4 monsters, monsters with high ATK, monsters with interchangeable levels, or a lot of awesome Spell and Trap Cards? Finding out what kind of a Deck you want to create will help you find the right cards to assemble your dream deck.

Deck Statistics

You can have a minimum of 40 cards per Deck and a maximum of 60 cards per Deck. If you want to have the best Deck, I highly recommend staying at 40. You can have 20 Monster Cards, 10 Spell Cards, and 10 Trap Cards if you want the best Deck. This is because you'll have a total of 20 Monster Cards and 20 other cards (Spell and Trap Cards combined) giving you the perfect ratio for a 40 card Deck.

Effect Monsters

Most of the time, it is better to have Effect Monsters than Normal Monsters in your Deck. Effect Monsters have effects that can destroy, make your opponent lose life points, allow you to draw a card, and so on. Effect Monsters make it easier to win duels. Depending on the Effect Monster's effect, you could win right away or get closer to winning. Effect Monsters are always better than Normal Monsters unless you need specific Normal Monsters for Fusion Summons and other cards.

Archetypes

Archetypes only work good together. The Naturias don't work with the Fabled monsters. They work together with each other, but not with other archetypes.
