Hunger Games Capitol Couture
Months before the first Hunger Games movie was out there was already buzz about the Capitol's fashion. A running theme of the capitol is to "look your best". There's even an official Capitol Couture fashion blog. I can't wait to see what Hunger Games costumes and merchandise are released over the next few years.
The first was Colours From the Capitol a nail polish collection from China Glaze. I'm expecting to see more make-up, accessories, and clothing for fans as time goes on. These are the colors inspired by each District of Panem. We know district citizens would never wear nail polish, but the pampered residents of the Capitol wouldn't be seen without it.

The Ever Fashionable Effie Trinket
Paperself Eyelashes
Effie Trinket has some amazing makeup looks, and they usually include unique eyelashes! One that I know she's worn are Paperself Deer & Butterfly lashes (seen above in the ad).
