Hello and welcome to my perler bead pattern page. I love perler beads. And I love animals! So I have created some cute pet perler bead patterns for you. On this page you'll find a rabbit, mouse, cat, tortoise and dogs. And if you put in a request for another pet, I will see what I can do.
Perler beads (or hama beads) are fuse beads which you arrange on a pegboard and then iron (with a special piece of paper to protect your iron). The heat from the iron will fuse the beads together.

Supplies For Your Perler Bead Projects
Here's the perfect mix for many of your pet perler bead projects. 1000 neutral colored perler beads.
Not all pets come in gray, brown, white, or black. You're going to need some other colors too. This large pack of 22,000 perler beads in assorted colors should keep you going for some time!
As you can tell, my favorite peg boards are the geometric shaped ones because they are the most flexible allowing many different projects to be created on them. The majority of perler bead projects on this page use this large square. This handy pack contains two large squares which will snap together to make the bigger projects (like the dachshund).
Here are some small geometric shaped peg boards. Along with the squares and larger geometric shaped boards, I think these provide the best value for money. Oh (hide this comment from your kids) - I think they are more educational too since they allow for more creativity.
