Caroline Alexandra Starkman (Chana Eliana bas Chava Razel) is also known as Vicki or Victoria. She is only 18 years old and mysteriously disappeared several months ago. She is originally from Englewood, New Jersey, but she was last seen in the Coney Island section of Brooklyn on July 11, 2012. A student in Touro College, she visited a friend in Brooklyn for the July 6th weekend and has not been seen since. Her family is very worried about her.
