Please take a minute to help save the life of this young woman, by thinking about whether you may have seen her, or whether you know where she might be. There is a twenty five thousand dollar reward being offered for information leading to her safe return to her family. Caroline Alexandra Starkman (Chana Eliana bas Chava Razel) is also known as Vicki or Victoria. She is only 18 years old and mysteriously disappeared several months ago. She is originally from Englewood, New Jersey, but she was last seen in the Coney Island section of Brooklyn on July 11, 2012. A student in Touro College, she visited a friend in Brooklyn for the July 6th weekend and has not been seen since. Her family is very worried about her. She was last seen on West 24th Street with a bad sunburn and wearing a pink bikini, spending the day with her friend. She had blue jeans. She had no glasses with her and she was wearing contact lenses. The family and community have offered a substantial reward after initially contacting the police privately, with no real leads in the investigation.

She is a white female with a beauty mark below her right eye, a 4-inch scar above her big right toe, blue eyes and long, straight, blond / dirty blond hair. She has a pierced belly, weighs approximately 110-115 pounds and her height is about 5'5'' or 5'6". She is a sweet, friendly, nice and kind girl.
