You will need:

White felt

Black yarn

Craft Scissors

Craft glue

toothpick

Just a tip, use a toothpick to apply the glue to the yarn, just makes things a bit easier. For the top of the storm trooper head, cut off a piece of black yarn, 2 inches long and glue in an arch shape.  Cut off another 2 inch piece of black yarn and glue in a straight line below the arch.  For the eyes cut off two pieces of black yarn 3 inches long.  Glue each piece below the yarn and shape into the eye.  Also, cut two ½ inch pieces and glue underneath the sides of the eyes. For the mouth cut off a 2 inch piece of black yarn and glue in the arch shape with the edges slightly curved.  Cut off 2 pieces 1.5 inches long, roll each piece into a circle and glue below the mouth.  For the grill, glue a 1.5 inch piece of black yarn in an arch shape between both circles.  Cut off three ½ inch pieces and glue inside the arch for the grill.  

When the yarn dries, cut around the storm trooper to make the shape.  Use your storm trooper as an appliqué, glue a magnet to the back to make a storm trooper magnet or attach an ornament hook to the top to make a storm trooper ornament.  You can also use your storm trooper to decorate a purse, headband, bag and anything you like.
