Welcome to the oh-so-fun terms of service page for Zujava. On this page, you'll find out all about our spam policy (big hint: we don't allow it), restricted topics, and some of the legalities of using Zujava.

Our terms of service will be updated over time, so be sure to check back here if you're wondering if anything has changed.

By using our service, you are agreeing to abide by the terms of service.

The terms on this page will apply to anyone that writes on Zujava, has an account at Zujava, or somehow uses this service.

1. We reserve the right to unpublish or lock any leaf for being low quality, linking to spammy websites, or for being overly self promotional. 
2. If your account has been found to be violating major policies of Zujava time and time again, we can shut down your account or delete it, along with the leaves that you have published on Zujava. Don't worry, we won't go around deleting accounts. This only pertains to members that have been found to have many violations, as in spam, hate speech, or inappropriate activity. 
3. By registering with Zujava, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age on the date of your signup. If you are under the age of 18 and would like to register, please contact us with a note with your parents' consent. 
4. If we find the information filled out in your account to be false, we reserve the right to refuse service of Zujava.
5. You are held responsible for any activity under your username and password, or activity that takes place on your leaves. Unauthorized use of your account will be the responsibility of the account holder. Please cancel your leaves if you find that you have had unauthorized use of your account. Zujava is not responsible for any loss or damages that may result by failure to abide to the terms of service.
6. Privacy: As an account holder at Zujava, you will receive email notifications of payments, comments, and other notices. Some of these emails will be opt out at some point in time. Some administrative and payment emails cannot be opt out. 
7. We will not sell or share your information. As an account holder, we will never rent or sell your personal information to anyone.
8. You and only you are solely responsible for any content that you place on Zujava. This includes text, links, graphics, and any other media that you display (publish) on the site.
9. Spam is not tolerated at Zujava. You cannot use Zujava to spam other websites. More spam related stuff we don't allow: no viruses placed on Zujava, no hacking of the website allowed, you cannot leave spam comments, you cannot spam email other Zujava authors, not automatic redirects from your page on Zujava to another site/page. If you have been found in violation of any of our spam policies, your account will be deleted, no questions asked.
10. No spam content on Zujava. This includes purposefully created duplicate content (content found elsewhere on the web, including Zujava), entire Zujava accounts with leaves devoid of content, or hundreds of leaves created to promote the same product in a different city.
11. You must not abuse other Zujava authors in any form. This includes harassment, flames, threats, or intimidations of any type. The content you place on Zujava must also abide by this policy of being non-abusive. You must not create leaves that have the intent of giving instructions on illegal activities or animal cruelty.
12. You must not impersonate other authors or official Zujava team members. We reserve the right to lock your account if you have been found to be doing so.
13. No x-rated content on Zujava. This includes comments and leaves. If you have been found to have x-rated content, your account can be disabled or deleted.
14. Bios must also be G rated, including the photo that you upload to the site. R or X rated avatars, photos, or content will be deleted, and the account will be removed.
15. We reserve the right to recategorize or unpublish/lock your leaf or leaves, whether the miscategorization was intentional or not.
16. In using Zujava, you must not violate any state, Federal, or local laws. 
17. We reserve the right to change our ZQ algorithm/ranking system at any time.
18. You cannot purchase affiliate products through your own leaves to receive extra commissions (ie. Amazon and other affiliates).
19. You cannot interfere or interrupt the service at Zujava, including servers or servers connected to the service.
20. You cannot collect personal data (harvest emails and other information) on Zujava.
21. We reserve the right to restrict certain topics on Zujava. 
22. Zujava will not allow links to illegal download websites. Leaves published that instruct others how to download illegally will be locked or deleted. 
23. Content found containing excessive repeated language to game search engines will be locked or deleted.
24. An excessive number of leaves containing content found to be too similar to existing leaves may be deleted, or the account may be deleted.
25. We do not allow purchased articles on Zujava. You must have written the content yourself in order to publish it on Zujava.
26. No plagiarized content of any type.
27. Zujava reserves the right to discontinue the service at any point without liability to you or a third party.
28. Zujava can terminate your use of service or delete a leaf for any reason, at any time. If we terminate your account or leaf (or leaves), the earnings from that account or leaves will not be paid to the author. Don't worry, we won't do this without good reason.
29. Zujava will pay authors as outlined in the payout FAQ. Please refer to the payout FAQ page for our policies on payment.
