The Best Anti-Aging Books
by Appetizer
As the baby boomer generation grows older, more and more anti-aging books are showing up on bookstore shelves. They are a lot like diet books. Each promises a "miracle cure".They also provide you with the science behind their claims, although it's always wise to question that science.I've read a lot of anti-aging books. Some I liked and trusted more than others. Some suggested weird diets and fitness plans that would keep you alive till you reach 100. The programs were so severe that I had no interest in living to 100 if I had to follow those stringent rules.
Is being a senior funny?
by smills
Senior years are funnyI am a senior citizen, and I can tell you, there are many hilarious times. I have been losing some of my sense of balance, and have fallen in public places a few times. Fell over in a cafe a couple of months ago, and my granddaughter's boyfriend had to pick me up. I was accused of having a few drinks, at lunch time yet. Or even worse being high on T3s. NO. Completely sober.
